| Sending any message | If you send any normal message directly from the Web Dashboard or your linked WhatsApp app, the AI will automatically pause. The session transitions to "Agent Mode", allowing you to handle the chat without the AI interrupting. |
Automated Rules
- 1-Hour Auto Revert: When a conversation is in "Agent Mode" (because you replied), an automatic timer starts. If 1 hour passes without you sending any further messages, and the customer messages again, the AI will automatically resume control.
- Agent Routing: When the AI detects words like "talk to human" or "live agent", it automatically notifies all agents and stops responding until an agent joins the chat.
- Platform Specifics: On WhatsApp, the AI will ignore messages you send from your own WhatsApp app to avoid talking to itself, and will instead use those messages to pause the AI for the customer.
